ABOUT THE BAKER

I am a mum of three beautiful children.After graduating from medical school,we left our home country Egypt and I left my career in Medicine to take care of my kids, studied nutrition and finishing my cooking and catering diploma.I found my passion in baking and decorating cakes,started doing that since 2007 in my children's birthdays and other occasions in the family,I then did some for friends.I started getting asked frequently if I would do this professionally and not just as a hobby!So I finally decided to take the plunge and here I am!

There was one dessert that I was continually asked to make more than any other,my chocolate brownies,the richest brownies ever,super moist and fudgy.I decided to make it my main product that I'll offer and expanded it to include many different flavours which are all amazingly delicious.I also offer a variety of scrumptious Blondies and indulgent Middle eastern desserts.

I put goodness at the heart of all I do,I don't settle for less when it comes to flavour,it has to be rich and enjoyable with every bite.All ingredients I use are fresh and generous in flavour.

I am insured,registered with HMRC , have level 2 Food safety & Hygiene certificate and 5*Hygiene rating.
