All products are made by Rona’s Delights and sale is subject to the following terms and conditions. Everything we make is made from scratch and baked and decorated (when applied) to order, just for you.

Ingredients:

Ingredients of each kind of our products are listed on the website in the”Our Delights” section and a printed card is included with each box.

Dietary disclaimer:

For liability reasons, we cannot offer gluten free or guarantee that our products are nut free. All products are made in premises in which wheat flour, dairy and nuts are used. While every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate, products may contain traces of known allergens. Please contact us at ronasdelights@gmail.com , if you require any further information about allergens in our products.

Storage:

Most of our products will stay fresh in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week unless stated otherwise in the information given on each product on our page. All products can be frozen for up to 3months.

Payments:

Full Payment must be received no later than 48 hours(6 days for kahk and petit fours) prior to delivery or the order is deemed cancelled.

Delivery:

All our products are posted using Royal Mail first class option. Parcels up to 1kg cost £3.55 and parcels up to £2kg cost £5.50. While every care is taken to ensure your order arrives safely, Rona’s Delights cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit.

As my produce is edible and bespoke, the UK distance selling regulations regarding right to a refund if you change your mind upon receiving them, does not apply. I will refund if the item is not as agreed due to my error, of course, but unfortunately I cannot refund for occasional breakages. I always package with a view to protecting each order carefully.

If a whole order is damaged through Royal Mail, I will need clear photographs of the damage so that I can make a claim, and upon receipt of a successful claim will then refund for the order.

I cannot refund for orders which arrive later than a particular date, if I have posted in reasonable time, as I cannot control the postal services. ‘Reasonable time’ means with allowance for the delivery service’s delivery aim . I always retain proof of posting. If it is vital that the order arrives for a specific date, please ensure you order in plenty of time, so they can be posted early.

Most of all I want my products to be beautiful, taste great, and delight their recipients. If you have any feedback I will be grateful. I am always trying to improve on my methods, from creating the products to packing and posting.
